Troubleshooting Connection Issues

Spire Studio connects to your phone or tablet using a WiFi connection. To start, locate and connect to the Spire Studio WiFi network in the settings of your phone/tablet. If your phone or tablet will not connect or stay connected to this network, please try the steps below for troubleshooting:

  • Restart your phone or tablet
  • Toggle WiFi off and back on in your phone/tablet settings
  • Try using your Spire Studio with a different phone or tablet, if possible
  • Try using your Spire Studio in a different location. Spire Studio's WiFi connection is susceptible to interference from many outside factors such as nearby wireless routers or other electronic devices. Sometimes, moving to a different room in your home will help. If you live in a condo or apartment where there are many neighboring WiFi networks, it may help to try using Spire Studio in a different location entirely, like a friend's home or your office.
